By accessing or using DraftForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DraftForge is a League of Legends draft analysis tool that provides champion statistics, pick/ban trends, tournament data, and scrim tracking features. The Service aggregates publicly available data from sources including Leaguepedia and the Riot Games API.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Riot Games Integration

DraftForge may integrate with Riot Games services through their official API and Riot Sign-On (RSO). By using these features, you also agree to comply with Riot Games' Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. DraftForge is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing League of Legends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service excessively
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

League of Legends and all related trademarks, logos, and assets are property of Riot Games, Inc. DraftForge's original content, features, and functionality are owned by DraftForge and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate data, DraftForge makes no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information. Data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors or be outdated. Use of any information is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

DraftForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
